Where To Next?

Boab-Toys_rgb_iconAs promised, this is the final of a three part blog series which takes you behind the scenes and into the heart of Boab Toys.
Having successfully launched our website, Chris and I knew that it was only the beginning. We knew that we were going to be able to help so many people create new memories with their loved ones from this point forward. We had done the hard yards setting up the site, selecting products and writing content. We knew our toys were educational, safe, environmentally and socially responsible and most of all, we knew they were fun!
Large Workbench

Unlike many other toys, our products encourage open ended play – they serve more than one purpose. This means that kids won’t get bored once they’ve worked it out. As I’m writing this, sitting at our kitchen table, Jacob is quietly playing with his wooden tool bench he has had for ages. He loves sawing, screwing, hammering and fixing. Just like his dad. The benefit he gets from this is beyond words and I want your loved ones to experience it too.

So… Where to from here?

Chris and I have a vision to provide you with the greatest range of wooden and educational toys. We don’t believe in huge mark ups to line our pockets, so we’ll even give them to you at our best prices. We have capped shipping so there won’t be any surprises at the checkout and we believe in full transparency.
There are three areas we are continually working on:

  1. Range of products. I am always looking for exciting new products to stock. I enjoy searching for them and we are currently awaiting the arrival of over 50 new products! Don’t worry, I’ll let you know as they arrive 🙂
There is nothing better than our loved ones playing outdoors and growing with nature. We are working on introducing more outdoor toys into our range after a number of suggestions from customers. I would like to invite you to send us an email with anything you would like to see stocked.
  2. Professional development. As part of my role in early childhood education, I am lucky to be invited to attend workshops on a regular basis. This keeps me up to date with the latest in education and childhood trends. I am also subscribed to a number of professional development organisations which regularly send me information about trends in the industry.
  3. Social and environmental responsibility. I have banged on a bit about our social and environmental responsibility in previous posts so I will leave it at that. I simply encourage you to contact us if you have any suggestions on how we can do things better.

As a part of the Boab Toys family, I want you to be a part of our growth. I know that you are the experts of your loved ones and only you know what they need. If there is anything we can do better, I encourage you to let us know.
Thanks for staying tuned with this series. I hope you have gained an insight into Boab Toys and know a little more about who we are, where we have come from and what we are striving to achieve. We know that, through your support, we can help you to create new memories with your loved one and help them to grow the way nature intended it.
Thanks for reading,
