Boab Toys takes no responsibility for delays or any burdens, stresses, inconveniences, hardship or financial losses as a result of the actions or omissions by third party carriers. You are encouraged to place orders with enough time for deliveries to take place – in particular around peak periods. Boab Toys will generally ship items that are in stock within one business day, however delays may occur from time to time. You should receive your order within 7-10 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, you should contact us to confirm the progress of your order. You will be notified if an item is unexpectedly out of stock and alternative arrangements will be made with you.

Boab Toys uses Australia Post and other carriers to ship purchases to customers. Where additional freight charges apply to a purchase, and in any case, Boab Toys reserves the right to choose the carrier of the items and the customer accepts at the time of purchase the shipping costs. You acknowledge that shipping costs apply according to weights and destinations and are calculated at the time of purchase.

In order to take advantage of free in store pickup, you must collect your purchase from our retail shop within 30 days. We are located at Shop 32 Paspaley Plaza, Broome, WA. Please check our opening hours to avoid disappointment. If the purchase has not been collected within 30 days, the product(s) may be returned to the shelves for re sale and a refund offered to you. Please contact us if you have any special requirements in relation to in store pickup.

International customers: Please contact us to arrange international shipping and provide you with a tailored quote.

Goods Lost in Transit

If you have not received your purchase, you are required to notify Boab Toys within a reasonable amount of time, but not exceeding 30 days from the delivery date, as estimated by the carrier. Any claims beyond 30 days may not be accepted and investigated by Boab Toys at their discretion.

Customer Details

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their details are kept up to date and accurate. Boab Toys will not be held responsible for losses as a result of being provided inaccurate details. This includes, but is not limited to addresses and financial institution details.
